If you pour this red wine from Sicily into a large-volume glass, you will immediately notice beguiling, balsamic notes as well as dried fruits such as currants and dried plums in the nose. Mature fruit notes of cherries and plums, combined with fine chocolate notes complement the bouquet. In addition, there are clear, spicy aspects of sweet spices.
On the palate it holds what  promised in the nose. This red wine is highly concentrated, very rich in extracts, but also has enough fruit acid to not look dull. In the long reverberation, especially dehydrated aromas and a beautiful chocolate note delight the palate.
