A tasty small batch Irish single malt from the Quiet Man company, based in Derry, Northern Ireland.

This whisky has been aged for 12 years, with the majority coming in former Bourbon barrels, and a finishing period in Bordeaux wine casks.

The result is a fruity, flavoursome Irish whiskey, with notes of rich red berries, citrus rind, toffee, vanilla, grassy malt, a little red wine, dried fruit, spice and chocolate.
