Montresor is a classic Valpolicella. Juicy cherry balanced with subtle herbaceous notes – fresh and lively. A fresh, medium bodied red with aromas of cherries, violets and almonds and a hint of the gently herbal character typical of Valpolicella. A fresh and youthful palate showing a touch of sour cherry, and subtle pepper and spice. Drink with vegetable or meat antipasti, white meats or even fish – serve slightly chilled.
