Distilled at the Killowen distillery in Northern Ireland, this expression has been laid down to mature for just five years initially in bourbon casks. The spirit has then been split into dark rum casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts before being married together. It was then bottled at 55% abv. free from chill filtration limited to just 660 bottles.
