COPELAND RASPBERRY & MINT
Distilled using locally sourced fruit from County Down farms. The raspberries, mint and other botanicals were first macerated for between 16 and 24 hours before being distilled. Rested for two weeks before being hand bottled, this is the perfect gin to brighten up your Spring. Expect an explosion of raspberry upfront. Coriander, juniper and cinnamon sit in the background with mint peaking it’s head in the finish.
