The Perron La Fleur is the top model of Chateau Perron. It is a 100% Merlot. The average age of the vines is 65 years. The manual harvest takes place with 1st selection in the vineyard and afterwards on a vibrating table in the Château.

This beautiful Lalande Pomerol is aromatic, concentrated and elegant. In the nose beautiful notes of blackberry, strawberry and red currant associated with fine blackcurrant, caramelized woody discreet oak. In the mouth the wine is velvety and silky, fruity, well balanced with a nice mineral and a fine juiciness and creaminess with a beautiful aftertaste. Advice is certainly to aerate the wine in its younger years. The wine can also be aged for another 15+ years.
This is a wine for gourmets and an excellent accompaniment to risotto with truffles, mushrooms, game, gratins, ham, grilled vegetables, white meat, poultry, red meat, hard cheese. Open the wine at least 1-2 hours in advance so that it can breathe and reach full maturity
